[bars] Field Day NTS training, the bare essentials

Hi folks,

Last year, I traveled to the BARS FD site to help them get points for sending radiograms from the site over amateur RF.  Then, I came home and received them from Mark KA1INE and relayed them on an NTS traffic net.

I've been doing 'virtual NTS training' (https://groups.io/g/VNTN) for the past couple of months over Zoom, and thought that maybe I could help other clubs in the area by doing an abbreviated training session focused on Field Day radiograms.

These sessions are at 8pm on June 11th, 18th and possibly 25th.  I know that conflicts with the BARS club net. The Zoom sessions will be recorded and I'll post the recording link to the FDNTS page the day after a session.
