[bars] BARS Mailing list issues resolved

Hi BARS mailing list subscribers,

I had reported an issue with the software that manages our mailing list a
while back, which was preventing some functionality, specifically the
management page. I got an email from our hosting provider last night that
the vendor has resolved the issue and I performed some checks this morning
to verify. It indeed appears to be fixed.

For those who don't know about the management page, you can access it at
https://mail.w1hh.org/mailman/listinfo/bars_w1hh.org. This page allows you
to manage your subscription and also provides access to the BARS archive,
where you can browse older messages (located at the top). Neither was
working, but both appear to be functional again. If you have issues, please
let me know.
