[bars] Issues with BARS mailing list archives

Hello BARS subscribers,

I just wanted to make you aware of a known issue with the software that is
used for this mailing list, Mailman. This software is managed by our
hosting provider and a recent upgrade introduced an issue that is
preventing the web interface from working properly. You may encounter an
error message, "Bug in Mailman version 2.2.0", if you try to access the
archives on the web or the management interface.

This occurs for all sites across the internet using this version in
conjunction with another common software package. Our provider is in
contact with the software provider and developers are working on a fix,
which they said was in "testing" as recently as yesterday. I wanted to
assure this group that this has nothing to do with recent website changes
or any other issues specific to our w1hh.org site. I'll post an update to
this message when it is resolved.
