[bars] PSA for FT8/FT4 users - HOLD TX FREQ

Chris,

The first step, and likely the most frustrating, will be getting your
computer to 'talk' with your radio.  There are two fundamental paths
that need to be established, frequency/PTT control, often via CAT
control and audio input to, and output from the radio to your computer.
The details of this setup are very radio specific - which radio will you
be using?

Once we get this going, we can cover some basic operations.

Courageously sent from a non-Apple device that /includes/ a headphone jack.
