[bars] Ham looking for complete station

I had a chat with him. He doesn't really know what he wants as he is
completely new to ham radio, and I explained to him that "complete station"
can mean a great many things to a great many people. He's going to do some
more homework to narrow down what he actually wants to do in ham radio, and
then move on to picking the equipment he needs. It would be a pity if he
just randomly buys what someone else thinks is a "complete station" only to
be discourage by his inability to do what he imagined he wanted to do with
it.
