Hey Bruce,

I have a UV-5R and the Baofengs are all mostly work-alike.  I have found
that the most useful information on the these radios comes from the highly
annoying but useful YouTube channel:

Yes he is annoying.  A bit of an acquired taste, but a font of useful
information about cheap handheld radios including the Baofeng line.
