An IPC training kit for $55.99 sells on Amazon, "MOLIMERIPC J STD 001 Rev. F H Electrical Soldering Training Product Kit."
 
It includes wire & terminals, thru-hole and SMD devices, with two practice boards and components. Of course decent soldering equipment is required. I've had IPC training certification.
