[bars] Nearfest Oct 3rd and 4th

The fall BARS should be in the usual spot albeit
with one 10x20 shelter. I have to bring a shelter
this time. This means we will have less coverage
for weather and if you are selling with us you need
to bring your own table. You always need your own
chair.
