[bars] Equipment from Billerica

I was a member of the Hewlett-Packard radio club in Andover when Tony, K1KP was the treasurer. We made cardiac ultrasound systems at the time. I left the company and it was bought by Philips medical before the radio club was dispersed. Doug and I picked up the remaining equipment from Tony a few years back which were donated to BARS. If Kevin still has the base, then he can give it to Doug for the group.

I was first licensed as a club member in ~1991 (KA1YGF) and noticed recently that the club callsign has expired, and the trustee has retired from the faculty. I would like to make sure that the school/club retain access to the call, which goes back to at least the 30s from references I found.
