[bars] NEAR-fest hours?

OK, I just spent way too long on the NEAR-fest website trying to find 
when the gates open.  I seem to recall it being 8AM but it would be 
better to know for sure.  I also did the math based on the countdown 
clock on the website - 9AM.

Anyone know for sure?
