The 2026 World Wide Award (WWA) is in full swing!

The WWA is a month-long event involving hundreds of activator stations 
from the world over.  Hunters can contact the activators once per 
band/mode combination per day to gather points through the month.  The 
event is active on 80-10M with CW, SSB and digital (FTx, RTTY, PSK) 
modes active on these bands.  At any given moment several hundred 
activator stations are active (for example, as I type this there are 210 
stations on the air).

To gather points you only need to get in the log of the activator 
stations - a simple '59' exchange will do it.  You do not need to submit 
a log, the activator uploads the logs, in real time, to the event 
database.  In fact, you can see your status in real-time om the event 
website.

As I type this, there have been over 2 million QSOs logged from over 
100K hams, in 246 countries.
