[bars] RIP HamClock and it's author

For those of you that may not have already heard...

The author (Elwood Downey/WB0OEW) of the popular (and stunning 
eye-candy) application HamClock announced that it would cease to 
function in June of this year.   Shortly after the announcement, and 
according to several reports, he chose to end his life.

RIP Mr. Downey.
