Minuteman Repeater Association (MMRA) has been tracking down a repeat offender,
a Pirate/Bootlegger.</span></div>

person was using the call W2RFW (“Dean, from Milton”) a few months ago; the real
Dean, W2RWF (note the reversal of letters) has verified that it was not
him. When he was revealed to be a pirate, he switched to the call KC3JLY
(“Curtis”) and has recently been heard on the Quincy 146.670 repeater. The
real KC3JLY (in Bangor PA) has been contacted and assures us that it is
not him. This offender has been reported to the FCC.</span></div>
