At the end of the week Michael, the owner, took $30 out of her check for the broken cups.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This is ILLEGAL! It was an accident and an employer is never (under MA Labor Laws) allowed to dock an employees hours for something like that. A number of servers and bussers have quit Stelios and rumor has it the entire staff may follow suit. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I would encourage and urge the Billerica Amateur Radio Society to IMMEDIATELTY cease patronizing Stelios (even if it means missing a few weeks while a new venue is found).
