It turns out the Safety Officer claim is only available to stations in the “A” class. And, in the end I did not clam for Publicity, Public Location or Public info table.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Given all of that, we landed on 3858 points.
