I did confirm several operational items that I need to improve for
future phone contests. A headset and a foot switch are key. I
spent a lot of time picking up/putting down the hand mic. while I
typed in a call.<br>
<br>
On the up side I did manage a contact with a station on
Nantucket. Apparently there are only 25 hams on the island so i
was happy to get one in the log.<br>

out the “Billerica Amateur Radio Society” (spell it
