As Mark said, this is useful when the remote station is a
DX(pedition) that does not have access to Internet based time
synchronization. It does also support using Internet time sources
but there are many other apps that will do that function. For
example, I use NetTime as runs as a Windows service rather than as
a app. so I don't need to start it every time I reboot.<br>
