<em>know </em>we use the Westford repeater for BARS.

<p class="yiv4942763721MsoNormal">However, a question about those familiar with the Billerica repeater on 147.120.  For some reason it appears to be very noisy with a very low signal.  Is it operating at full power?   I am in Methuen, and can hardly make out the traffic.</p>
