I've been involved with the Topsfield Fair for many years.....the many vendors there must collect sales tax on hard goods....and the tax man comes around 3 times a week and collects. </div>

Here’s the applicable regulation. I suspect as Goodwill et al. while non profits, they in their regular course of business sell goods, they must collect sales tax. As MMRA isn’t hosting a table, it’s academic.
