<div>Yes venturing into the ULS, if you did not upgrade your information after notice of FCC Database Upgrade in July 2022 can be a major challenge.</div>

<div>I did the upgrade back in 2022, and downloaded the official copy, saved an additional and printed a copy with email address and FCC ULS password for future use.</div>

<div>NOW... Go in to the far left box on cores page and enter your email and password and look on left margin for options.</div>

It's better to do this as two transactions: get the administrative change out of the way first and then apply for the renewal. You only have to pay the $35 fee for the renewal; there is no charge for the administrative change.</span></div>
