<span style="font-family:helvetica;font-size:12pt">If you are going to renew your license and need to make an administrative change (such as a change of address or a change of name) at the same time -- don't. It's better to do this as two transactions: get the administrative change out of the way first and then apply for the renewal. You only have to pay the $35 fee for the renewal; there is no charge for the administrative change.</span>
