Interesting;  there are a lot of acronyms!  If the speed was slow, I might guess “Low Speed CW”.  I was on 40m CW myself last night and the guy I was talking to referenced “MCW” which I take to mean Mobile CW.  When I checked his website, he had a picture of his mobile setup with a key strapped to his hand brake!
