[bars] Measuring CW Speeds across the Bands

BARS colleagues,
I came across these data on a YouTube video from a ham club in Vienna, VA.
(I have attached the data as a screenshot to this email, so I hope it comes
across through the email list.)
These data show the min, max, mean, and median for CW speeds across the
bands. (I didn't know that such data could be captured by a CW Skimmer on
the RBN.)
I was also a bit surprised by the mean speed, in the mid-20s for all bands.
I would have guessed that 15-20 would be more typical. Perhaps you have your
own data or impressions from your experience.
