[bars] Sat AM Zoom discussion of Off-Center-Fed Dipole (OCFD) and list of possible topics for other discussions or presentations

Attached is N1IW's (SK) balun presentation he did at BARS.
I can't find his OCFD presentation so if someone has that
they can post it as well. We did a balun building BARS meeting
for the 4:1 current balun and folks put up their OCF dipoles.
Of course Mike's balun is for legal limit power. I believe N1ALO
built a smaller version for 100 watts and is using it.
