Dear BARS Members,

I am so sad to say that our wonderful friend and BARS member, Bob Ravenstein,  W1FDR, is a silent key. 

Bob succumbed to the COVID virus last night,  just 2 days after losing his wife Maria to the same virus.  

Bob was such a wonderful presence in BARS, on the net, at meetings, and of course in the wild on fox hunts.  I am truly at a loss on
hearing this awful news.  Bob will be missed.  He did so much good in his life.  

There are many tributes to Bob on the PART of Westford pages and I urge you to read them if you are a member there.

Good bye Dear Friend.  RIP.
