[bars] Another computer free to a good home (needs hard drive and OS)

I've got a Dell XPS 8700 desktop computer from 2014 that a client asked me to get rid of for him, but the hard drive died and it's out of warranty, so it needs a hard drive and OS installation  (it has a license for Win7 and was never upgraded to Win10).

I'll take names for a few days and then flip a coin if anyone's interested.  Please respond directly to me.
