I got the similar Comcast’s scam this week. I googled the phone number and found a website saying it was Comcast’s. But it wasn’t.
I did talk to the real Comcast’s based on the number on my official bill.
Everyone getting scammed.
The scammers also had some of my REAL data already.
One of Comcast’s sold companies has been HACKED.
I Took my computer off line until I can get it professionally scanned
I changed all my passwords.
The good news is that I don’t buy shit on line.
I also deleted turbo tax and all forms from computer.
Next year paper forms.
