Great advise Willie, and 1Password you mentioned potentially is object of
value, can you comment if internet connection to 1Password is necessary to
access your files?

Hacking soon will be  more destructive, so I keep my important data on a
computer which never sees the internet directly

Be careful out there, don't click on links in email, don't visit dodgy
webpages, don't leave browser tabs open on FarceBilk, have good passwords
that are unique to each service you use, have a password manager like
1Password to help generate random passwords and keep track of them and
autofill them in your browser, keep your computer and applications up to
date, yaddah, yaddah, yaddah.
