Flea Markets can vary a lot from year to year and club to club. Jim’s advice on cash is spot on. Covid has had a huge impact on flea markets. Port City ARC, sponsor of this one, is a great club with a wonderful Sunday morning net on 75 meters. Nearfest coming up is a really big one. Enjoy the hobby.

PayPal and Venmo are the same as cash. 21st century, and all that.

ALWAYS bring cash to a ham flea. 20's, 10's 5's and 1's. 50's if you are looking for bigger items.

Well, no wonder no one wanted to go. This flea market is tiny, most vendors are over 75, no one takes PayPal or Venmo, only cash, and no ATM machine. Waste of time. I left after 25 min. No wonder the hobby doesn't attract younger people...

Anyone going up to the Seacost ham radio flea market on Saturday in Hampton NH? I'm going, leaving from Burlington around 7am. If anyone would like a ride, holler. Depending on how many respond, I can take one person in my tiny Smart car, or up to four in my Land Rover SUV. Gas contributions welcome, but certainly not required. :)
