I got turned on to electronicds and radio when I was a kid by finding
projects like this in magazines like Popular Electronics.

This one is a project to build a simple low power AM transmitter, and it
integrates one thing all kids seem to have these days, a smartphone.

I got my son interested in electronics when he decided he wanted to build
his own analog synth but didn't know how to solder. I taught him the same
way the Navy did at NATTC Millington TN back in 1979. Llittle did i know I
had created a monster. .🤣🤣
