[bars] Need to ID this noise.

I'm pretty sure that is the Russian Over-the-Horizon radar, sometimes known
as Woodpecker. Really massively strong some nights on 40M.

After a successful QSO with Lancaster PA (5-9) and Myrtle Beach, SC (5-5),
which is my farthest contact so far, I turned my radio and tuner off, then
back on and got this. Can anyone help me ID this noise? Thanks so much!
