[bars] Need to ID this noise.

 that is electrical noise not caused by a pulser to tune amplifiers i never even heard of 1??? and it is constant a intention jammer would get tired and give up and its none of them i know because i have the same issue and Joanne let me know if it goes away if/when it rains? water seems to ground out the noise here and when its sunny it sometimes comes back

But it could also be an intentional jammer (to keep people from hearing a shortwave broadcaster) or if could even be something testing the ionosphere. Did it eventually go off?

There are lots of interesting sounds between 2-30 Mhz. Have fun tuning around outside the ham bands.
