[bars] Offshore rain gear

I volunteered for the Blackburn Challenge race on Saturday. It's only in
the mornning on Saturday but it looks like will rain cats, dogs, gerbils
and all sort of other household pets. Any recommendations for rain gear
that will accomodate my QRZ-1 handheld radio with soaking the heck out of
it?
