[bars] Offshore rain gear

I will be on a boat, a SeaRay Cuddy. The sandwich bag is a good idea but I
was wondering where to put it of the rain gear has no pockets. I will take
both the speaker mic and boom combo. I know nothing of Marine VHF so I'll
let the boat owner deal with that. I don't think positive thoughts will
keep the rain away this time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
