[bars] Arduino morse code source

I just uploaded the source code for my Arduino morse code generator. To use
it you need an Arduino board, a 5v relay module (mechanical or preferably
solid state), and a 1/4" plug wired to the NO and and Common outputs of the
relay (all it does is close to key). You then connect it to your CW key
jack in the back of just about any transceiver made since way back when.
Into the public domain this goes, I only ask you give me credit if you use
it. Once the bluetooth serial port is established, you type and it sends
CW. It also handles non-latin characters.
