However, a question about those familiar with the Billerica repeater on 147.120.  For some reason it appears to be very noisy with a very low signal.  Is it operating at full power?   I am in Methuen, and can hardly make out the traffic.

 

Wondered if anyone knew the status of 147.120.  Is it me?  😉
