[bars] iPad as u/i, control device for nano VNA

So to be clear there - there is a computer interface that allows the VNA to
be used over USB. I know there is PC/MacOS software (VNA Saver? ... from
memory) but not sure about tablet. May be one of those areas where Apple
doesn't provide enough access to the USB (or lightning) but ... Dunno. I
think the PC stuff is OSS so if someone were motivated ...
