[bars] iPad as u/i, control device for nano VNA

I believe Apple removed the requirement to include their encryption chip on
a device if you want it to connect to iOS but don't quote me on that.

If it can connect to Windows then the solution is one of those inexpensive
Win10 or Win11 tablet hybrids and Velcro. 🤣
