[bars] Blustery Bands

No thuds here, luckily, but I did lower my wire antenna last night. When I
went to pull it back up this morning, its "pully" was frozen. The pully is
a rope around a tree branch, so I hope it thaws or comes loose because I
don't want to be outside today.
