[bars] How to find nearby hams

Playing with the QRZ version there are some differences.  My neighbor, K1VK
does not show up on the QRZ map, but he does show up on the Find Hams map.

The QRZ map color codes hams who are registered with QRZ vs those who are
not.  That might indicate who is active and who is not.
