[bars] How to find nearby hams

Hmmmm.  Very interesting.  QRZ allows you to place your location on the
map.  It seems that many people use that to smudge their locations on QRZ.
Thare are a bunch of hams that appear in Bedford Center.  That mask seems
to work for QRZ but not for the Find Hams map.
