The small print says it all. This is a scam, and a braindead one at that.

"3) The Lodestar Founder Kit is sold solely for evaluation purposes. It is
not marketed, labeled, or intended for use as a certified consumer or
commercial device. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all
applicable national, state, and local laws, including those governing RF
emissions, device testing, spectrum usage, and import/export controls."
