[bars] Lodestar tracking system

I mean, I have a Meshtastic node with a GPS that isn't much bigger and it
transmits location telemetry on 915 Mhz, unlicensed band. It hits another
node directly that is ~ 35 miles north-northeast of me in Epsom, NH but
that's ideal conditions.
