[bars] Bouvet Island PoTA

[KEN CARUSO]

I've found between 0500 - 0700Z to be the best time to work them on the low bands. Basically an hour before until an hour after their sunrise.
 
Worked them on 40M SSB at 06:10Z a week ago and 40M FT8 at 06:39Z on 3/5/26. 
 
Got them last night on 80M FT8 at 05:58Z
