[bars] Software problem

If you have Microsoft 365 you can download the installer at
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/download-office which should
repair your install. Big blue button at the top. I believe the installer is
small and then it downloads what it need during installation so the
computer will need to be connected to the internet for some time while it
does what it's going to do.

Note: I don't currently use this, but I have in the past.
