[bars] Navigating the FCC -- renew license and change name

For Amateur Radio Licenses
1. Log in to ULS:
Access the ULS Online Filing system using your FCC Registration Number
(FRN) and password.
2. Go to License Manager:
Navigate to the "License Manager" page.
3. Update License Information:
Select the "Update Licenses" link and then choose to update "Licensee
Information".
4. Complete Form 605:
You will be presented with the "Applicant Questions" page, which allows you
to complete FCC Form 605 to reflect your updated name.
