You can create an email address simply for the purpose of official communication.

The internet is not dangerous if you learn how to use it.  That is true for everything that is potentially dangerous.

I agree that it should be possible to renew by postal mail though.   That assumes that the post office will still exist.

I ran out of user names and passwords years ago and don’t have any more.

I need to renew my license soon.  It expires in February of 2026.  At the same time (I hope!), I need to change their records to match my present legal name.  Can anybody explain what I need to do to accomplish this?
